After specializing in European law at University of Panthéon Sorbonne Paris I, Michel LACORNE very quickly oriented his activity in business law while maintaining a specific activity in inheritance law.
In 2018, Michel LACORNE was appointed as an expert by the Paris Bar within the Council of European Bars and Law Societies (CCBE) in company law.
In the field of business law, Michel LACORNE has developed expertise covering the areas of commercial law, competition law and company law.
He has acted as counsel for groups of companies in takeover bids and has been called upon as an expert by the public authorities for the drafting of texts governing this area. He participated as an adviser to the Ministry of Finance in several privatization operations.
He has also intervened in numerous internal and international arbitrations and in particular as a lawyer for the international treasury department for the settlement of arbitration disputes between states.
He has conducted numerous business acquisition operations and has developed a defense activity for banks in professional liability litigation. Finally, he has always maintained, in private law, an activity in the settlement of successions in domestic and international law.
