Annabel BOITIER has been registered with the Paris Bar since 2004, after working for a law firm to complete her training in civil and enforcement procedures.
Holder of a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in judicial careers at Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, lawyer since 2004, Annabel BOITIER has been working in group partnership with Cabinet ADER JOLIBOIS since 2022.
Areas of intervention
Annabel BOITIER assists and advises individuals and legal entities, mainly in the context of civil and commercial litigation proceedings before all the courts of France.
She can help you more particularly to arrange your separation by evoking the consequences of a divorce, a breakup between common-law partners or PACS partners, to harmonize your rights in relation to your child, to answer your questions in filiation or succession.
She develops the client’s strategy without failing to seek an amicable solution, during the course of the litigation procedure, but also after obtaining an enforceable court decision. She assists the client in the choice of enforcement procedures entrusted to the bailiff.
