David JANIAUD joined Cabinet ADER JOLIBOIS in April 2022 as a partner.
Holder of a diploma (D.E.A. in Public Finance and Taxation) issued by the University of Paris II, he was previously Inspector of Public Finance working as an auditor, drafter for criminal and correctional prosecutions and assistant to a public accountant within a business tax service.
He now practices as a lawyer in the field of tax law in the broad sense, that is to say both at the level of individuals and companies.
In addition to advice and support in terms of various reporting requirements, David JANIAUD has developed know-how in international taxation, including the management of international succession declarations and impatriation files.
His core business remains tax litigation, namely the audit of accounts and the examination of personal tax situation. He defends the interests of his clients in all remedies against the tax administration and regularly practices full litigation before the administrative or civil judge (in matters of registration fees and ISF/IFI).
In addition to this traditional activity, he has developed the handling of criminal/tax cases with the handling of the defense of clients prosecuted for tax evasion, but also the multiplication of the assistance and defense of clients making thesubject to tax investigations.
In addition, with his partner Eric ADER, he sets up operations for the disposal of assets.
