After having made his debut in firms with a significant litigation activity in business law, social law, and trademark law, Frédéric Aubin created his own law firm in 2006, before co-founding Legipass law firm in 2008, then to resume an activity on an individual basis in 2010, and then to join the group partnership ADER JOLIBOIS in 2022 to offer a greater range of skills to his clients. Frédéric AUBIN is registered on the register of sports attorneys.

Frédéric AUBIN has solid experience in litigation, with a perfect understanding of the workings of civil, commercial, industrial tribunal and criminal procedure. With this expertise, Frédéric Aubin mainly intervenes in criminal law, in the context of disputes in employment law, commercial law, sports law, as well as in disputes for the defense of companies in matters of undeclared work (litigation URSSAF or penal). He takes care of appeal procedures before the Court of Appeal of PARIS where the lawyer is mandatory in most of the disputes.
