Compliance with Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Obligations: A Major Issue for Businesses
Companies face a constantly evolving work environment: skill development, reduced working hours, increasing desire to balance professional and personal life, autonomy, and emergence of new forms of work (freelance, nomadism, wage portage, shared time, intrapreneurship, teleworking, etc.), process digitalization.
Initiatives related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and process digitalization have accelerated. Now all companies integrate social, environmental, and economic concerns into their activities and interactions with stakeholders.
The social security system must regularly adapt to societal changes and population needs. Compliance with health, safety, and working conditions obligations is now a major challenge for companies, in a context of constantly evolving regulations.
At the head of the Social Law department, Jocelyne Clerc works with leaders and executives across all sectors, addressing all issues related to employee social protection.
Her approach embodies ADER JOLIBOIS’s values: strong ethics, attentiveness, and concern for well-done work, enabling better risk anticipation and prevention.
Substantial Experience in Judicial and Administrative Courts
Since the justice reform effective January 1, 2019, only the Judicial Tribunal (TJ), social division, has jurisdiction over Social Security disputes.
Social Security law procedures are particularly complex, involving many stakeholders. ADER JOLIBOIS lawyers can advise and represent you in litigation before courts and competent administrative authorities to address the financial consequences of occupational risks.
Additionally, our social law attorneys benefit from the support of other firm lawyers specializing in corporate, commercial, competition, and tax law, allowing us to address all corporate issues and offer a comprehensive range of services.
